I saw some references to a possible undisclosed illness, but the only definite thing I saw is that it wasn't a suspicious death.
Apparently according to ABC news it's believed that she passed away of natural causes.. but still 39 years old is no age to go at all :( thoughts and condolences goes out to her family, friends and co workers
seeing now she had recently had a liver transplant and may have been suffering from complications? fuck that's terrible.
