my dad showed me In the Heat of the Night a few years ago and I was blown away, one of his all time favs. Should probably get around to rewatching that now. RIP

 

Losing Sidney sucks. A Raisin in the Sun, Lilies of the Field, In the Heat of the Night, The Defiant Ones. Just so many great ones. One of the most significant men to ever stand in front of a camera.
