Amazing. And his work on "Late for the Sky" is as good, if not better.

 

Was browsing his wiki last night and discovered he plays violin on the alt version of Racing in the Street that’s on The Promise?? Who knew! Dude was everywhere

 

He's also on a ton of Zevon stuff and apparently the fiddle on Songs of Leonard Cohen.

 

So many great songs he's been a part of, but this is probably my favorite:
