Intro is awesome

 

This is really fucking good so far. My girlfriend doesn't listen to much music leaning into punk/hard-core and she is really enjoying their more melodic songs, and even the harder stuff is growing on her from me playing it

I want more songs like the intro. Gotta take a break unfortunately but the rest of my night is this

 

Yeah, I love this record. This is the direction I was hoping they’d follow after Joy — Ultra Mono is good, but this is special imo

 

Some of the grooves on here are reminiscent of Massive Attack! Would love to see IDLES open for them one day

This is special. I like Ultra Mono a fair bit, but this is what should’ve followed after Joy.

I only got three tracks in last night from the youtube stream and I was almost in tears.

 

The back half is maybe just as good if not better? Low-key AOTY contender stuff going on here and I didn't know it was coming til two months ago, amazing.
