Maybe I need to rewatch the car focus group one again. I didn’t find it that funny tbh. Though I loved the honk if you’re horny, and hot dog car sketches.

Also the way sam kept talking about the bone men in that Scrooge one kept cracking me up.

Maybe it's not fair, but some of the sketches were too "Tim and Eric" to me in that they felt like imitations of them instead of being totally original. Still funny though, so it doesn't really matter.

 

I also didn't care too much about the car focus group. I guess I flinched.

 

I feel brave enough to come forward now and say that I don't get why the focus group sketch is listed at the top of the rankings

 

The line reading of "Stinky!" alone is enough to make my top 5. I just really like the idea that this bizarre man is so confident in himself and that the whole focus group turns on Paul immediately

 

I would die for that man.


Also the fact that half of the sketch is about his mother in law and clearly he’s at least 80, so the world he lives in outside the sketch must be incredible. I would love to meet her.

 

I dont think its top 5 either because for me I didnt really start laughing until he flipped the bottle.

TC Tuggers was prob the most Tim and Eric thing I've seen outside that show haha. But I'm all for this kind of humor getting more traction when it's nailed like this show nailed it

"Mud pies" is now part of my daily lexicon and people look at me strange whenever I say it

 

What do you think a mud pie is? Because my perverted understanding of the phrase is definitely different than what I think they meant on the show.
