Garfield, Scrooge and Instagram aren’t very funny to me. Except for the “frighten bonies!” line

 

i like scrooge but it isn't top tier. including IG with these other two is offensive. one of the most quotable skits of the season.

The best sketch to show somebody to introduce them to ITYSL is Gift Receipt. Whether or not it's your own person favorite, it's the perfect encapsulation of everything this show is all in one sketch.

 

I think Hot Dog Car is perfect

 

yeah this is another good option, for mostly the same reasons as Gift Receipt

 

Hot Dog is too high minded. Gift Receipt is borderline perfect to show the absurdity and heightening of reality.

 

Both Ways and Nachos hooked me from start. My wife and I say "wwwwwHAT???" to each other on an almost daily basis.

 

The way the waiter tries to explain Tim's fully loaded nacho policy to his date is so goddamn perfect. It's honestly the best part of that sketch.

Waiter: "Uh...k. Because we have a rule here, that if you order nachos to share...uh...one person can't just eat all the full...y loaded nachos."

Tim: "What's that? Say that again?"

Waiter: "We have a rule. That basically says. If two people order nachos to share, one person can't take...the ones with meat...and stuff..."

 

Yeah Nachos might be a good one to introduce someone to the show

 

Turbo Team is a perfect one to introduce as well
