I the Mighty - Oil in Water (September 2nd, Equal Vision)

This ep is pretty damn good. All of the alternate versions are very original.

 

Need to check this out, great band.

 

Damn, checked this today and it is phenomenal... "The Hound and the Fox" reimagined might be my favorite "reworking" of a song to come from the whole trend of bands in this genre doing "reimagined" EPs.

 

I liked them. Thanks for introducing this group to me. Good melodic songs.

 

Saw these guys last night... incredible live show.

 

Where was the performance? Got any pics for memories?

 

It was at Chain Reaction in Anaheim. Great night... them, Artifex Pereo, Dayshell, and Picturesque all performed. I unfortunately didn't take any pictures lol, but it was a great show.

 

Loved the EPs, hated Satori, loved Connector, and loved the Oil & Water version of those songs.

 

What made you dislike Satori? I prefer Connector to it by a wide margin, but I still enjoy it.
