I feel like behind him is the best place to be though, considering the allegations.

No but seriously I also feel weird about him now. Sucks.

Especially because this is apparently an homage to Woody Allen's Manhattan

Good, because Manhattan is a wonderful film

I'm still reading more on it but it seems pretty unsubstantiated and Kirkman publicly said it wasn't him she referred to. Maybe it was coerced and I'm treading carefully, but I'm not writing him off just yet

It will be interesting to see what he does with that much around him. It should be great.

hellbent on hurting your own cause AND a complete lack of interest in accountability and intelligent discourse, you're handling this swimmingly

They weren't kidding with the Woody Allen homages. It looks like it could be very good, though, and he has been on such an incredible run since season three of Louie.

  17. I feel so weird about this and the allegations. It's like he saw the controversy and stepped front and center into it.

  18. I can't see myself watching this and not feeling uncomfortable

Well, this is the first I've heard of the Louie allegations. The trailer felt weird and horribly timed because of the Weinstein revelations, but it definitely feels gross now after reading about what he himself may be responsible for.

Wow. Probably won’t be able to watch his show ever again. I knew about the allegations and haven’t really watched it since I found out anyway, but I think I’m done with this guy. He’s a comedic genius and Louie is probably one of my all time favorite shows, but that obviously doesn’t justify his actions. That trailer was hard to watch.

You're telling me, a show where he jokes about rape, AIDS, slavery, Pearl Harbor, and 9/11 within a span of about two minutes was one of your all time favorite shows?
