Wolverines is solid but definitely their weakest. I think the expectations after Avalanche United were just way too high. Which looking back is unfair because thats a perfect record

 

Agreed that Dive > Wolverines and the fact that the band never stood a chance at topping Avalanche United with the next release

Silver lining: New album!

 

Significant bummer, especially since the last time I was meant to see The Movielife touring Forty Hour Train in full a few years ago was cancelled as well

 

Sadly I assume the tour might not have been selling too well and maybe that’s why it was cancelled. Feels like a pretty casual cancellation otherwise. Jealous the the east coast folks.

 

Yeah that's truly a bummer, I haven't see IATA headline since Wolverines came out

 

Saw them last night for the first time in years. Absolutely ripped. 10/10, highly recommend.

 

Where’s the new album???

 

Snagged a copy of the repress immediately, been waiting for this for years. Apprehensive of a re-recording (although im sure it'll be great) because the original has such a unique charm.
