I thought the live action film was alright. Not as good as the original, of course, but I like Astrid’s character more in this than the original.

 

Really enjoyed the live action movie. Some excellent shots that really brought the whimsy.

Live action rules, obviously still prefer the animated one but it is cool seeing it come to life and going to epic universe last month really had me appreciating it more

Oh my God the first did well enough to warrant a sequel?

It was fine since it was pretty much a shot for shot remake, but I didn't find the cast to be as good as the original

 

Yeah the first made like $600 million. Highest grossing film in the series

 

I really liked it but the original isn't like a huge thing for me.i thought the girl who played the one badass girl was great in this.
