I will say I was a little surprised that they kind of completely abandoned the more beat forward stuff like I’m Sorry, Ruin, Pretend, etc. Kinda thought Hope was gonna go there. As a result this does feel more cohesive than Heavy Lifter though. Really sets a mood and just lets you sit in it

 

Hovvdy and Trace Mountains releasing in the fall is just *chefs kiss*

Ah man, I was hoping the tracks I hadn’t heard yet would have some of that style. Oh well!
