i would be nearly all-time shocked if they don't cash in on a jon snow show lol regardless of whether they should or not
10 Thousand Ships, which is about pre-Doom Essos and the origins of Dorne is likely not going to happen for a very long time, if ever.
the actors part stinks but makes sense, the writers part is stupid. shows like this are almost constantly rewritten on set. them not doing that but continuing to shoot doesn’t bode well, only looking at the quality of what we’ll get. obviously it’s stupid support the writers you dipshits
House of the Dragon showrunner wanted Daemon's dragon to have "failed white boy rapper" energy Stop bullying my wyrmy boy
I'm gonna be too deep into spooky season and football and the school year starting to do dragon stuff haha One thing that just occurred to me upon watching this marathon today (spoilers for the future so don't read if you don't know what happens in Fire & Blood): Watching Daemon and Laena fly Caraxes and Vhagar around, it just occurred to me that this will give Daemon an advantage for the future battle with Aemond. He's now been on dragonback and seen how Vhagar moves/how well she can move/etc. He'd know exactly how to approach a battle with her while on Caraxes
So what is the timeline of season 2 going to be? I am guessing: Blood & Cheese right off the bat Jacaerys' diplomatic mission to The North Daemon's early victories in the Riverlands Some of the early Reach stuff introducing Daeron and Tessarion Cargyll Twins duel at Dragonstone Battle of Rook's Rest ( as the mid season climax) Dragonseeds subplot Battle of the Gullet (penultimate episode) The Fish Feed and then the Blacks taking King's Landing (season finale) Rhaenyra finally sitting on the Iron Throne and it cutting her hand will be the last shot of the season
Also again just a between season reminder of a few major changes from the books I think will see next season Alysanne Blackwoods' role in the Riverlands subplot will be heavily expanded and she will take the place of Red Robb Rivers from the books. Will play a huge role in most.of the major battles, and will be one who kills Criston Cole in the show. Laenor's role will be heavily expanded. I think there will be a whole subplot of him in in the Free Cities as a sellsword, where he plays a role in saving Viserys' life when he's captured, plays a part in Battle of The Gullet, after which he ends up back in Westeros where he fights for the Blacks under the guise of Black Trombo (a Myrish sellsword character from the books), and is probably going to be revealed to be the one who kills Daeron at 2nd Tumbleton. I think there will be an expansion into the nuances of Larys Strong's plot and motivations. I think they will reveal that there is truth to Aemond's belief that Layrs purposely allowed The Blacks to take King's Landing
I’ve been reading Fire and Blood so I can be ahead of the show next season. I’m up to the events of season one now and enjoying it, but the first 200 pages were a real chore.
