A series about the Jaehaerys I parts of F&B would rule so fucking hard. It would be very different though. Much more family drama, political subterfuge, and courtly intrigue, than war and violence. Like a High Fantasy The Crown.

Taking HBO completely out of the name is a terrible idea. I would guess the majority of adult Americans know what HBO is and separating from that brand is just idiotic.

Honestly it kinda makes sense to me. Like my parents definitely think of HBO as the fancy thing that they wouldn't spend money on. Twitter just forgets that terminally online people are not always the target for everything.

Season 1 has apparently been marathoning on HBO today. Just turned it on now, already at Rhaenyra’s wedding to Laenor

 

I’m still very very disappointed s2 is continuing without writers. Probably my most anticipated show and they’re now doing this garbage
