in the books Cregan is described as roughly the same age as some of the other younger lords of the realm but basically so intimidating and Stark-ish that they all basically bend to his will when he’s involved in anything. Just based off that picture it looks like this dude could pull that off
It's alright. I was expecting a bit younger. In the book Cregan is just a few years older than Jace. He's supposed to be only like 19/20 years old.
IIRC I think he was more 21-22, because I think the Lads were all supposed to be like 18 and he was a couple of yeras older than them. But then you see some of the pictures/drawings of him and he LOOKS older than that in how he's depicted haha. So they could definitely still say he's like 22 and just looks old for his age Edit-I guess technicalyl Kermit was only 17/18, the other lads were younger, With Bloody Ben only being like 14 haha
Speaking of Cregan and Lads. My hope for season 2 is we are going to get Black Aly Blackwood, and they will expand her role to make her a bigger deal than she was in the books. My prediction is they won't include Red Robb Rivers in the show, and Black Aly will take over his role in the Riverlands campaigns, including doing the deed in a certain bloody battle ( book people know). I think they will expand the role of Sabitha Frey for the Riverlands subplot too.
Hmm...interesting theory. I guess that would be one way to make that deed done by a character that we'll get to know a little better rather than someone who book-wise only showed up in a couple battles IIRC.
i will simply give them the benefit of the doubt to still produce a quality season in 120 less minutes
Might release summer of 2024 according to the news dump we got last night. Along with the 8 episodes mentioned above, it’s close to being given the green light for S3 too. And everyone is still debating whether to wrap it up in 3 seasons or 4
4 would seem pretty perfect IF you're gonna do the post-script of the war justice. Like once the war is over and the throne is in the hands of *redacted*, I think we kind of need to see some of the early days of that reign, or at least, it would be nice. Techincally, the last thread of the war to be sewn up happens like 3 years after the war ends.
Fire and Blood is ripe with stories, I hope they milk the book. Targs and dragons (and incest) obviously sell.
