I had to go back and check on how they handle Laena in the books cause I completely forgot. This was much cooler. Though a tad rushed I guess? But it was a really cool scene.

yeha I like the badassery that she went out in, but at the same time, the book and her relationship with Daemon/her death brought out the humanity in Daemon a bit more and enhanced the complexity of his character. Kinda bummed we didn’t get that here
Maybe the answer to this is in World of Ice & Fire but perplexed at Robert/Cersei naming their firstborn Joffrey when that’s a name the Targaryen’s have already used / Robert hates the Targaryen’s / his rebellion to make him King had happened. You’d think you would use a different name unless there’s a history their in his family or the Lannister’s
He wasn't a Targayen though...Joffery is a Velaryon. Also in the books Joffery is a pretty common Westerosi name.
Kinda glad the um….Larys/Alicent foot leak from awhile back was not true (that person did get some stuff we seen right) so maybe they cut it. Or we just haven’t seen it yet. But hopefully they opted to cut that shit lmao

There are leaks that have been 100% correct so far so we pretty much know the exact point where it's ending.
My only slight nitpick is I wish we had more time with some of these characters but can’t because of the time jumps.
