Oooo interesting. He's supposed to be "Stout" and he's kind of the opposite of that but whatevs lol. Viserys' one and only dragon mount was Balerion and once he died, Viserys never took up another dragon. But that was 10 years before Viserys even ruled so I doubt unfortunately that we'll be seeing him.
Olivia Cooke as Alicient Hightower as well. I wonder how long this series is supposed to go because Smith and D’Arcy look way young for the characters they are portraying. Daemon is supposed to be ~50 by the time of the Dance. Wonder if that means we’re gonna get a lot of years before the dance which would be cool as shit.
Sub'ing here. Some interesting choices for casting. Paddy seems a little thin from what I remember Viseyrs being described as.
Yeah thaT was my reaction too....the age of the other actors involved makes me wonder if we will be getting a few seasons of many years before the Dance, when he was younger and not as plump
Love trying to guess the roles here. And I was wrong on all but Rhaenys haha. Super shocked that they went POC for the Sea Snake, since the Velaryons are supposed to be valyrion blood like the Targs and have the silver hair and pale skin and etc. I figured they were gonna go POC for a role that was less fleshed out looks wise in the books. This should be an interesting take. He’s wiry. Shocked about him being Otto Hightower too. I pictured the Hightowers differently. Almost more Baratheon-esque in looks, at least built bigger/not as slender.

the Twitter has been active with lots of flame emojis today. Could just be more "Iron anniversary" stuff but a lot of people thinking maybe announcing filming has begun on HotD or something.
Lol I saw the IG posts earlier and meant to post it but got sidetracked. Looking good. The Sea Snake look is super super interesting. At first I figured they were gonna ret-con House Velaryon into not being from Old Valyria but it looks like they're going the other way and saying they are Valyrian (at least, to me, that hair looks more Targaryan-silver than old man white) and it turns out not all Valyrians are white, which I like a lot more than the former. Pretty cool.
