I believe he is Otto’s older brother’s son. We met Otto’s older brother in season 1 when he was encouraging Otto to push Viserys into naming Aegon the new heir when they were going out on that hunt early in season 1 I don’t remember if Otto’s brother is dead at this point and Ormund is the new lord or if he’s just the heir still
I kinda got that vibe when he walked by the camera cuz I didn’t understand why the other big Hightower looking guy would have a dragon. So that makes sense

At this point, the Greens really only have two dragons primed for battle—Vhagar ridden by Aemond and Tessarion ridden by Daeron. Aegon’s Sunfyre was last seen badly injured in the aftermath of Rook’s Rest, and Helaena doesn’t wish to use Dreamfyre to fight. Iirc at least one of Aegon’s children in HotD have been shown to have a dragon, but it would be too small to be of consequence. All the rest that we’ve seen so far are currently with the Blacks
I’m assuming the other wild dragons Cannibal and Grey Ghost from Fire & Blood have been omitted from the show for budgetary reasons? I can only imagine how expensive it is to animate a dragon
Im leaning probably, but it depends on how they do a certain thing later, there’s a small chance we see one of them if they stick to the book
there’s so many good ones between those two, the different dragon accounts, the Westeros Centeal account…Bluesky unfortunately doesn’t have too many good Asoiaf accounts, at least not on the lists I follow. I’ve seen one here or there but they don’t post frequently
Reading the HotD subreddit for the first time since last season and I have to say, it’s kinda nice more-or-less knowing how the story will play out bc the wild speculation of many show fandoms these days can be exhausting lol
