It's the episode that should have been last seasons finale, it's gonna be stuff that immediately follows what we saw last. With it now being season premiere, it'll also add new stuff to set up the season.
It was a very short vague part of the book I guess where Addam meets them there, but it goes in no detail.
Goddamn what a start. That entire sequence with the ship chase and then them ramming the ship and boarding it was so damn good. And having Alyn yell out “father!” was a good touch. my only complaint is the same of last season about what they’re doing with Rhaena and Sheepstealer, but it was still kinda cool seeing it in action her being unable to control him. That overbite was so gnarly lol
