As a non book reader I’m very hyped. No major spoilers in this but it’s interesting they they think they’re gonna merge Fish Feed into another battle and possibly end with Tumbletown. I assumed we would get the God’s Eye this season but again I haven’t read the books.
Which is weird because It's the perfect season finale bookend closer. Kicking off a season with the Gullet feels weird. My guess the premiere will be a set up and we will get the Gullet in episode 2 or 3.
Been doing a series rewatch and apart from it feeling cut short, season 2 rocks. I’m so excited for this show to return this month
So yeeah that trailer looks fucking epic. Roddy the Ruin and the Winter Wolves look so sick. I actually forget what battle it is they fight in first so unsure what town that is they seem to be outside of. Looks like some tension between Dameon and Mysaria So many dragons. Can't wait to see Vermithor in action. Light spoiler that will leave out major reveal: Interesting to see Hugh Hammer's wife running from Vermithor there. Will be interesting to see how that plays out... Some good shots of Vhagar burning some shit too Feels like it reveals a lot (aka, Daemon and Rhaenyra clearly being in KL, all the dragons flying over KL, Aemond fighting where is is show fighting which I will not say in case others can't suss it out lol), but can't wait to see all of them fighting. Verrrrrrry interesting shots of Criston Cole. Tons of great footage of the Battle of the Gullet too. A bunch of bats swarming what looks like either Daemon or Aemond...interesting. Rhaeyna yelling at people about betraying her. Rhaena looking rough hanigng out there with Sheepsteeler. also awooga Black Aly Some spoilers, don't read if you don't want to know: Cole clearly at the Butcher's Ball lol, wonder how many episodes in that'll be. Would be interesting if they have that happen right after the death I assume we're gonna get at the end of Episode 1. Are they gonna do Butchers Ball AND Fishfeed AND Red Fork? Presumably no. Assuming we get Butchers Ball and Fishfeed though? Having Hugh sack Tumbleton and then find out he killed his wife doing so would make a certain choice make much more sense. I think the speed with which they're getting Rhaenyra to Kings Landing gives me some renewed hope that they'll actually be able to tell the whole story in 4 seasons...it's gonna move quick though. Can't fucking wait to see the Winter Wolves in action. Already look awesome. No sign of Sabitha Frey or the Lads outside of Oscar Tully is depressing
Also they clearly have Daemon involved in a battle that he did not take part in in the book, so....who knows what's going on there
