That’s not a bad idea at all. I can definitely see Aegon’s conquest working as a movie and it’s about time we get a GoT-related project in that format.
If not a movie maybe they could go the route of a miniseries like Watchmen, Chernobyl, We Own This City, etc. and just make sure to heavily emphasize it’s only 4-7 episodes and not a standard series with multiple seasons.
folks it's a bit, I am in top 5 biggest nerds on this site. if you don't believe me go look at the Birds thread lol
I can't really argue with his complaints though, the biggest thing this confirmed for me is that many of the decisions that are impacting the storytelling of this show come from budget issues. The removing of characters, the combining of characters and the season lengths are seemingly due to the budget. He is totally going to get in trouble with HBO for spoiling the part on Season 3.
It’s like you can have issues with HBO/the production but to do this to the writers/actors who imo are all doing a great job is low.
He was flirting with a breach of contract with that Season 3 spoilers though. I get its based off a book so its not really a spoiler so not sure how that works but I wonder if it was mainly due to that.
yeah I get it. there are so many fucking goddamn characters already why not just take out the ones that don't matter instead
