I love that the opening credits are now incorporating the events of the show. Great touch.

 

The Rhaenyra-Alicent scene at the end is EASILY a top 10 scene in all of Game of Thrones.

Both of them realizing the whole thing was a major fuck up was top tier. Shoutout to Olivia Cook and Emma D’Arcy, just fucking killer acting.

Also the hallucination/dream of Milly Alcock sewing on the head was fucking insane.

@phaynes12 i think it was you that said this show’s highs are better anything GOT did and I think agree. Some of it may have to do with not knowing the source material as well. But GRRM also left so much open to interpretation with Fire and Blood and I think they’re killing it.

 

I’m glad they brought back Hodor’s prosthetic and showed Aemond’s 3rd eye in the same episode

It really was so well done. The dialog and their expressions/reactions were so subtle but realistic.
