The energy on this is fantastic. Great debut.

 

This rules so much. It just sounds so… cool. It’s like an intersection of Turnstile, Linkin Park, and modern BMTH. All of those are compliments.

 

Best new band out there. Underoath put out a song with a sample in it today as well and i found myself thinking it’s rad but HOP is throwing down making a massive impression on the scene. Fingers crossed they open a future tour with them. sky is the limit for this crew!

 

That one is ridiculously catchy. I’ve been singing that chorus ever since I heard it.

You could tell me the first 15 seconds was BMTH and I wouldn’t doubt you. Not a negative thing, just very obvious who they work with. Lol

Dope song though! Idk if it’s as immediate as the stuff off the first EP for me, but I’m already on my 3rd listen and it keeps getting better.

 

I recommend bouncing between this and PVRIS’ new version of My House with Courtney LaPlante after midnight. Just two fantastic bangers on a random Tuesday.

 

while I do agree with you on the intro, I am actually very pleased that it doesn't sound like "we have BMTH" at home like Jordan's previous productions have. very happy with this!

 

Oh yeah, it’s absolutely just those 15 seconds. I was very specific because :16 is where you know it’s HoP immediately again. Lol

 

that's an unbelievable chorus. wow. love how everything these guys do keeps me guessing until the song is over.

 

i didn't like it, most boring song they've released so far

 

That prechorus was super cool. Song is great, nothing groundbreaking to me. Latex lady seemed kind of unnecessary.

 

HOP cannot be stopped. Love this project so much.

 

Pre-chorus and chorus gives me Deftones vibes and I'm loving it. No one else is doing visuals like this band and it's trippy as hell.
