Looks like the “album” might FINALLY be happening

I made a comment about the news being an album and they liked it

 

Was going to post last week that we’re never getting this album huh

 

Don’t love it

 

Just happy they're finally working towards an actual album

 

On second listen I like it more. Just hate “day” songs in general - seems lazy. Plus his complete Matty Healy vocal rip off toward the end of the verse is just super obvious.

At this point we should at the very least have a date and tracklist - still annoyed. They’ve been referencing this “album” for a year now.

Wasn’t immediate for me, but yeah great song. Really hope their album makes it to wax.

 

Website updated with the track-listing for the album. The delay must have been due to the “label” they were signed to last year as all the songs under license to Rebellion Records (Seven Times, Rewind, Lonely2) are gone. 6 new songs at least!

 

Whatever happened to the label situation?
