Spanish Love Songs and Hot Milligan are kind of opposite releases from last year, but two of tha lbuam I listen to the most (just behind Brian Fallon). All 3 bands had great emotive vocal deliveries that just stuck with me and suited the times.
I've seen them called the #1 hot new band pretty often. 300K+ monthly listeners on spotify. They are doing great!
I didn’t know but I’m glad to hear that. Seem like grass roots pop punk band building a fan base. Often when I hear people buzz about a band I have reservations because so many of these “up and coming” bands try so hard and try to create a certain image. They just seem like friends making music no matter what and it’s shown as such in my year plus now of listening. Hope my read of them is all true and accurate and I’m looking forward to the EP and hope it’s as addictive as Fine.
I actually have no idea of Mark's on this. The amount of guest appearances he’s done for bands makes me think it’s entirely possible if he wanted it to be, although this easily feels like it could be joke.
It seems entirely possible he could have considering how many features he’s been in with much lesser known artists/bands. I think I’d actually work out nice some day if they chose to do so.
Damn Hot Mulligan getting me in the man I miss people I haven't seen in years and won't reach out to ever again. Michelle Branch didn't get it either
Corporate wants you to find the difference between these 2 riffs. They're the same Just something I noticed I know it's a pretty simple part. Hit me on my 2nd listen when I was like hmm I know those notes.
This is really good. I'm pretty indifferent about Pilot, and really like You'll Be Fine, but this evolution is definitely more my style altogether. Featuring Mark Hoppus might be my favorite song they've written.
