Smahccked My Head Awf makes me cry every time I hear it. There’s so much love and pain in that song. My own grandmother turns 99 next month and she’s slowing down but still sharp as a whip mentally. I’m never gonna be ready for it.
They cannot miss. I’m loving the Bloc Party vibes in the call-and-response guitar work. Ever since Drink Milk and Run, they’ve been leaning more into post-punk elements, and it suits them perfectly. I really hope we hear more of that direction on this record

I feel like I am one of the few who didn’t love Why Would I Watch. I tried so many times but it just never stuck with me. But you’ll be fine is one of my favorite albums over the last 5 years or so and still on a regular rotation in my car anytime the weather is nice out. Have high hopes for this new album though- the single is great!
Good new song. Thought it was pretty standard fare for a minute but there's some great riffs towards the end. Not their catchiest but a well constructed song overall. I honestly forget at times they have 2 vocalists as they mesh so well. Sometimes its obvious when they switch, but not always (especially if just in the background).
Song is very good, though I do think it's a fair bit weaker than the the three they put out last year. Nevertheless, my most anticipated of the year instantly.
Opposite for me. I love Chris's vocals. Wouldn't mind a song just him. Enjoy their call and response. But overall Tades vocals are the heart of the band for sure.
I love the back and forth vocals. Solid song. These guys deserve all the love they are getting. Very excited for this one.
