Caught them in Norfolk last year. Sounded great, but the lighting package was wild to the point I literally did not even know who was singing for a good bit. Just very dark, and then an insane amount of strobe lighting going on. Easily the worst lighting production I've ever seen in a show.
This will be my 4th time seeing them and it's crazy how every time they come to cleveland the venue just doubles in size.
Gonna wait on buying a ticket. I’m not into any of the other bands so not sure I want to drop $70 to see Hot Mulligan for the 4th year in a row.
Relistening to this for the first time in a while and I’m liking it more but I think some of the songs are missing the energy/sense of urgency like and a big load has
I still love it and think it’s probably my favorite front to back album of theirs. Sequencing could be better and I hope they change things up a little for the next record, but I do think it’s great albeit imperfect.
The more I listened to this, the more I enjoyed it. It definitely runs together a bit and I feel like the previous two albums are much more catchy, but the highs on this album are very high.
