Only 50 tickets left for a 2k venue in Scotland. Tempted but I have Less Than Jake the next night at the same venue and will have a 3 year old and 4 month old at that stage. You never know. But great to see given that they have been bringing something new to the scene.
I’ve bought multiple kinds of tips and they still fall out from time to time. Maybe it’s just my stupid ears lol
Memory foam tips are the way to go for AirPod Pros. I just buy a bulk pack in my size and change them every month or two when they start to get nasty.
They ripped last night. Tades stopped the show early on to tell a guy starting a fight to fuck off and leave the pit lol
Of all the albums in this lane to come out this year that I love (anxious, Ben quad, charmer, arms length) I definitely reach for this one the least by far. It’s good though
I appreciate this album a lot more after hearing it live. Their performance was flawless and Tades really lets loose on this thing. It’s still a bit behind Arms Length and Have Mercy for me, but pretty high on my year end list.
I haven't been able to figure out why this album isn't doing it for me like the last 3. Sonically it's pretty similar but the songs just aren't as memorable. Still think it's good though.
https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/s/dNrvLaMbFs Awhile back HM recorded an entrance theme for pro wrestler Kyle Fletcher, looks like they played it live for the first time last night. Fun
It's less catchy, but the lyrics (and a lot of the instrumental parts) are probably better. "And A Big Load" made me expect more hooks, but it's just not that kind of record overall.
Still think this is my favorite HM record. It hits the hardest for me, even if it’s not as catchy at all times.
It is no where near as catchy as why would I watch. That’s all hooks. This album is fine but I have no desire to return to it.
It’s not as immediately catchy, but after playing the shit out of it I find it just as catchy as the previous two albums. I also think the songwriting is as strong as ever and shows the band is continuously improving its craft.
I think listening to the shit out of it just made it familiar not catchy. The hooks on why would I watch were immediate.
It's a step down from Why Would I Watch for sure but I still think it's great in its own right and better than anything else they've done.
