I missed them when they were here in February so I’m definitely going to try and make it to their August show.

Familiar influences like Duster and David Berman can still be heard throughout, but new elements like cello—performed by Emily Dicks Thomas and inspired by both Nirvana’s unplugged album and listening to Oasis’ “Wonderwall” in preparation for a Halloween cover set)—add different textures to the band’s reverberating sound.

This is my favorite release from them so far, love a lot of buts of a lot of songs, Natural Part has been in heavy repeat

 

Same, I've been listening to all the singles in particular on repeat, kinda obsessed haha

 

Very much forgot this came out, halfway through and digging it so far

 

Love that I thought that one lyric for the natural part sounded like “exclusively… tentacle porn” and joked with my friends about it only to find out months later that was actually the lyrics
