Totally clicked for me this morning, this album is absolutely fantastic. Look of Love is incredible, just considering how far it goes from beginning to end.

 

Picked up the last indie exclusive from my store :)

 

The way Frances works the lyrics into the melodies is incredible. I've heard her say that she basically writes poems and then figures out how to sing them later and I listened while reading along and it's just crazy how cleverly done it is. It's like reading these little stories and thoughts that don't even rhyme but still smoothly fit into these songs with catchy melodies and guitars and interesting song structures. I can barely articulate it but it's so good haha.
