Yeah first listen of this kind of blew me away. Feels like I haven’t heard a true “emo” record in this kind of style in a long time.

 

This clicked so much more on second listen for me. Still a few bits I haven’t warmed to yet but I feel confident it will click.

Got drunk and bought this and heaven in a junkyard on vinyl. Not mad.

 

This album really hit for me today. Several moments so good they made me laugh. What an album.

 

So good, to the point I'm thinking it'll prove to be a future classic of the genre

 

Just checking this out for the first time and as soon as everyday feels like 9/11 came on I was officially hooked. So fucking good. Had to get the vinyl.

 

Just been walking around my house saying skin meadow over and over today.

 

Lily Pad Pupils has BCNR vibes at times

Dumb that they didn’t give it best new music since it is the best new music

 

Like if neutral milk hotel was an emo/alt country band who wrote songs about 9/11 instead of Anne Frank

 

I listened to I Became Birds for the first time in a long time and I like it a lot better now. Not sure why. This band is so fun

 

Really doubt it hahq

 

Gone back to that record recently, it’s so good. Assisted Harakiri is an all time great emo song IMO.

 

This is like everything I should love in an album but it’s just not grabbing me.

 

I kinda stopped enjoying emo music a while ago and I don't think this one is going to change that. Don't love the vocals. Cool to see the community rallying around a landmark kinda release, though

 

That Feeble Little Horse album is really good though.
