Blood Pact gives me chills

That fade out blew me away. Just the beat disappearing and then knowing that something was coming...

 

“You are” at 2:23 threw me for a loop on my first listen

 

The harmonics right before it picks up again *chef kiss*

 

I had to click my headphones volume down a peg lol, my aural spidey senses were screaming "explosion incoming"

 

Haha I kept my volume up high. I'll take whatever this band throws at me.

 

Fuck I can't wait to blow out my car speakers with this after work

 

Candy is really fucking good too. I can’t wait for their next LP.

Just listened to Candy. Definitely good but also feels sorta samey. Really didn’t feel too different from Dark Stone. Excited to hear the rest though. And so stoked to see them next week

Candy gives me Tunnel Blanket vibes

 

Damn I forgot all about Tunnel Blanket. I should give it a listen sometime soon, I remember disliking it when it came out but a decade’s probably changed that

 

It’s so good, probably my second favorite of theirs but it took me a while to come around to it.

 

The EP rules and is a nice surprise, I just hope it doesn’t mean we’re not getting a full length sometime this year

 

I think we'll definitely get an album this year. They probably wanted to drop some new material to perform on the thrice tour. If not spring, I think they'll drop the full length in fall.

 

It took me a few years to come around to it as well, but I love that album now. Another Language is my favorite, without a doubt, but Tunnel Blanket is up there with the New Others albums for me just behind AL.

 

I hope they play Candy and Blood Pact on the Thrice tour.

Side note, can anybody recommend me some other bands/artists similar to Holy Fawn? Because this sounds and anything close to it is all I want to listen to these days.
