well, now i'm back in the slammer, fighting some disgusting bug creature. decided to take a mountain hike, reach some new heights, know what i mean?

 

oh. i beat Seth. despite being pretty difficult, i was having fun with it, so i was kinda surprised when i actually took him out. whoops?

 

He whooped my ass for a while. Found him way harder than the boss he's guarding.

 

Yeah Seth took like 10 tries and the boss after him took 2.

 

Instead of giving the game a rest, I started a steel soul run, but I just died in the underworks so now I am going to give the game a rest for real.

 

we got Street Fighter bosses in Silksong now??

 

I struggled with him so much but beat him today

Only have one more heart to get to head to the end of act 3.

 

Last few days will get the itch to play and then when I do I’m swiftly reminded it’s been days and I can’t beat Moorwing

After I beat Sister Splinter I found where it looks like Widow is. Haven’t initiated the fight yet. Went back to explore cuz I have wall cling now. Should I explore Worm Path area near shell wood or should I explore Blasted Steps? Or just take out Widow first?

runback to watcher at the edge is more annoying than the fight itself

 

I’ve been trying to do Steel Heart on HK and had a couple devastating deaths so far. All bosses I can easily beat typically and just flubbed it in the actual fight

 

hah, got em. thread workin its magic yet again. but as i said, the runback was more annoying than the fight itself.

 

huh, i guess i have one more boss to go. i didn't think i'd get this far, let alone this quickly.

i beat Khann on the first try, he stands still a lot. that was also the first time i got past the first three levels of the gauntlet, that shit's ridiculous; i much prefer the exploration of Verdania over this nonstop combat.

speaking of, after beating Clover Dancers, seeing them both lying there was so sad

Nyleth was kinda difficult but not as difficult as Seth. Karmelita didn't take very many tries, either; i think i had more trouble with the two big flyers right before her.

sometimes the final boss of any metroidvania is way too hard that i end up just watching the ending on youtube instead of beating it. i've gotten all the tools and mask shards and silk spools so i'm pretty satisfied exploration-wise; i won't be too broken up about it if i can't finish the game. my save file already says 100%

 

The amount of stuff I would have missed without checking the occasional walkthrough is ridiculous.
