This Savage Beastfly rematch is driving me nuts

 

Did that one this afternoon. A few curse words were yelled.
I find a lot of the frustration from the game comes from understanding the boss patterns and knowing it should be easy and still getting your ass kicked anyways.

 

Wow, the final boss is tough. I can get to the final phase but then shit goes off the rails and I go from full health to zero in seconds. The contact damage doing 2 hits is driving me nuts especially considering how often the boss teleports around the arena.

 

i knew the witch crest was gonna be awesome, i just didn't have the memory lockets to pull it off when i first got it. multibinder, injector, upgraded claw mirror, upgraded druids eyes. i'll probably still rely on wanderer for bosses, but i'm definitely switching to witch for exploration from now on.

trobbio is so fun, i didn't mind fighting him again haha. i hated the bell eater though, had to spam tools for that one. but then the mini bell beasts! so cute

 

Got the double jump!

climbing the mountain was a lot of fun. Hard, but not as annoying as the gauntlets. Now to go find new stuff to explore tomorrow!

 

When doing delivery quests can you use the elevators in the citadel? Already learned you can’t take bell beast lol.

 

Kind of related, but the Silkspeed Anklets are a lifesaver for the deliveries

 

Got reaper crest! Absolute game changer. Also yeah saw the witch crest build and it looks like it melts everyone if you use it right.

Moorwing down!

 

This is good and healthy.

 

Man that greymoor gauntlet was tough. Legit almost lost 400 rosaries, but kept at it. Purposely didn’t go through the opening to the left of Moorwing after I beat him. Think I explored all of greymoor now so I’ll prob go through it now. However there is a ledge where if I pogo off some crows I can grab it looks like. Curious what’s up there.

 

Groal/Bilewater was genuinely not fun and my least favorite part of this game. Glad I’m done with that area.

 

Final boss also took me like 5 plus hours. Finished with 100% completion. Helluva game and one I’ll be coming back to regularly.

 

as I get further in I’m starting to find it so fucking funny this game starts with two pushover bosses and hands you fast travel immediately so you start to think team cherry went soft

 

Have no shame, gaming should be fun and not taxing. When a game is no longer fun, I put it down.

 

somehow I lost all but one of my chances before I got to the mountain and then went up the whole thing without getting hit first try

 

Man greymoor has a ton of exploration still. Got the last flea, found the silk storm skill, and hit a switch that released a bridge way above where you start out. Gonna continue now where the Moorwing fight was now with the whole flea group that moved there lol.

 

Got the Apostate's Key and found First Sinner. That might've been my favorite fight so far

 

I've done everything I can do in Act 2 other than Trobbio and I can't fucking beat him. I can't stand these bullet hell fights. There's a thousand things on screen at all times I can't keep track of shit

At one point I threw out cog flies on him which just added more red shit flying around and just made things more difficult. They helped me bring him down though nevertheless

 

I’ve struggled with a lot of the bosses in this but I casually smacked Trobbio in 3 tries.

 

i didn't beat savage beastfly pt2 and moorwing in act two so now in act three they get corrupted and i'm assuming have a multiplier added to their health. i cheesed them with poison cogflies but it takes like 24 of them to do so. in case anyone was wondering.

 

I think I’ve now finished everything there is to do in this game. My materium is complete and I have all 8 Mementos. Weirdly I didn’t actually find Seth’s records in Fleatopia as difficult as I was expecting, I did all 3 in about an hour
