Damn, I'm at 35 hours and thinking 'I must be getting close to the end'. Guess not!

 

I just hit 60 hours and started Act 3

 

Elegy of the Deep sounds like good king wenceslas

 

Just got through this, what a nightmare

 

I'm just wrapping up everything I missed I think. judging by the final map, not a lot else. just got the quick sling and craw summons lol

 

I noped out of that until I upgraded the needle

seeing the map continuously grow and how many sub-areas are part of the Citadel, bro this game is fucking intimidating lol

 

dude I'm just trying to find the last tool and all I keep getting are these fucking mementos to look at in my home. cool but that was a hard boss can I maybe get something else for it thx

edit: sylphsong gives you full silk at a bench. holy shit. but I'm almost done with the gaaaaaame

 

aaaand that's 100%. I guess the next thing I do in the game will be to get the hunter's memento

 

fully in lookup mode now post-completion. there's still so much shit I missed. THIS GAME

I noticed if I just kept going left eventually I hit a road area with a fence, so I knew I was on the right track

like for example. I never found out you could fix that bench. the faded icon should've tipped me off. I just assumed it was like the one in bilewater

 

all 3 times.

I did abyss climb first try and that's what got a holy shit out of me lmao. so fucking epic

yeah I found a few of them trying to fill in the map spaces I missed. some are memento only but still fun. and you get free rosaries and shards at your house for beating crawfather which RULES lol but the game is over

 

sorry that all the posts on this page are me. it just feels so good to not be religiously dodging spoilers anymore

 

my go-to as well. gonna be fun to try the other ones more

 

It wasn’t quite as bad as you might expect, took ~2 hours of attempts compared to The Last Judge which took me well over 3. Had to force myself to slow waaaay down and focus on reacting instead of attacking.

After the first half hour I was making it to final phase about 50% of the time but kept dying to her double web 3 damage attack which felt sorta RNG dependent

 

Do you remember where you got the second notch of the “side crest” aka the one that allows you to apply additional tools outside of those available on your crest? Is that an Act 3 thing?

 

I got this in Act 2 by talking to Eva after I’d used all my memory lockets. I think I had 12-13 at the time.
