When I fought Savage Beast Fly this afternoon I somehow touched him and took damage BEFORE the fight started. I started to heal. The Boss fight animation triggered, cancelling my heal. It immediately touched me again. I lost the fight in literally 3 seconds
Yeah I’m trying but the arena gets very busy and if I don’t have silk to spare it gets tough. The adds do so much damage
This is when I was like "okay I'm not sure if this is a 10/10 for me" but it went quickly enough that it didn't end up being that big of a deal. Still 10/10 rn (but not to be overly obsessed with rating culture or w/e)
Yeah I thought you were going to be itemless for the entire time and when I discovered you can get your stuff back after 1 key I liked it a lot more
That was a fucking trip. Haha. I just finished act 1 last night. I thought the last judge was actually fairly easy.
Just beat widow The fake out before the final phase was annoying but glad it the phase itself wasn't that long even though it was rather chaotic So far I think fourth Chorus has been my favorite boss. Then probably sister splinter, widow then moorwing. All of those have been great though
bought the key in bone bottom and used it in wormways, which led to bonegrave. did the gauntlet there and got the wanderer crest. shorter/faster needle and down-strike is no longer diagonal. went back to the gauntlet in hunter's march and it's still kicking my butt. i must've progressed too far somewhere, shakra doesn't come help anymore i'm not getting too frustrated tho bc i feel like i'm getting a bit farther each time i think i'm getting carpal tunnel in my forearm tho so i might need to take another break
Got through Widow a lot faster than I expected to, but that second phase was wild. Beyond some Wishes, I think I've pretty much cleared out everything before what I assume is the end of Act 1. Absolutely adoring every second of this game
Spent an amount of time I’m too ashamed to even say on Savage Beast Fly in Hunter’s March before giving up and deciding to come back later. Wound up at Splinter Sister after that and made extremely quick work of her only to be stuck on Widow for most of the day. Once I finally beat her I decided to try something more chill and do some exploring to farm rosary and hopefully find mask shards or other upgrades. Imagine my frustration when this route quickly landed me in The Slab lol.
Patch just downloaded this morning which surprised me since I had such a simple time with Splinter Sister.
beat sister splinter, once i figured out how to avoid her attacks it was easy, it's those flying fuckers that gave me the most trouble. i did as someone suggested and used silk spear on them, but i kept missing! damn i suck at this game. i don't know how you guys reached sinner's road? i assumed it was after that boss but i found myself in blasted steps. and i haven't seen anyone mention how scary that place is! i think i'm gonna go back and explore wormwood now that i have the next platforming ability. i looked at a progression guide for act one and it seems like hunter's march isn't necessary to reach act two, so i'm gonna save that one gauntlet for later
