Widow was very fun but I totally fell for the fakeout and got killed when I thought I beat her the first time
So apparently if you see a giant fly enemy trying to hit you with a cage, you’re supposed to let it hit+catch you as that takes you to a whole different area. I never came across that so I did the entire area whenever I naturally came across it, without knowing there was this extra fun little storyline/challenge The name of the place for those who already know / don’t care: The Slab
Also took me forever last night. My Boy Garamond killed it off screen while I was cowardly running off trying to heal.
Took me a minute, but if you hit the guys, they spit out the spine cores and you can pick them up without killing the dudes
Does Garamond offer to help right away and I just missed him at first or does he only show up once you've died a bunch? I don't remember seeing him at first but I eventually saw him but was stubborn enough to still solo the thing.
I ran into him twice. The 2nd time you have the option to invite him to join you. Otherwise I assume he doesn't join you.
Highly recommend the Tacks for boss fights, or at least non-flying bosses. They don’t disappear from I can tell so it’s near constant free damage if you place them around the arena.
They do disappear, I think after dealing some specific amount of damage. But yes they’re easily the best for non-flying enemies
50 hours. a ton of that is just repetition, upgrades are hard to fucking get lol. to put that in perspective, my entire HK playthrough was 75 hours. I'm taking my time and exploring the whole world. I tried to do high halls and noped out of there when the last wave had TWO of those clapper hammer guys. it was hard enough beating the one. I need more masks dammit. don't even get me started how long beastfly v2 and broodmother took. I'm looking for the last shard on another mask right now and I'm getting conch shell drills and flame brothers instead!!
i did the thing! went to bed, woke up, and beat the Greymoor gauntlet on the firstfifth try! does the flea caravan moving to Greymoor replace to Moorwing fight?? edit: i looked it up and yes it does. ...oops? apparently you can go back and fight him in act 2 if you skip him this way
