Despite all the games in my backlog I’m on my third play through of this

 

Can't wait. Still need to try and finish up the colosseum in the first one.

 

How many of you actually beat The Radiance? That’s all I have left to do but I took such a long break that I suck now.

 

I’ve watched a video of someone beating it, that was enough for me

 

LOL. That might be my situation too. This always felt way smoother playing in handheld mode for me too but now my joycon sucks too much to do it. Doesn’t quite feel right with the pro controller.

 

Radiance took a LONG time. I think I tapped out around 104% complete.

 

i can't even beat the dream bosses to get enough essence to FACE the Radiance!
i am so rusty, my reflexes are totally out of whack

 

Silksong looks so fun. Give it now

I’m on my third time through and I still wanna play it more than p much anything else. Currently in Deepnest without a map and it’s just as creepy as it was the first time

 

I still haven't started it up but the overwhelming positive things people like yourself have said/written is what led me to buy this.

 

I have no idea where to go right now. I’ve cleared Fog Canyon, and Fungal Wastes.

 

did you make it into the Mantis Village sub-area of Fungal Wastes?

 

Yes, and got my ass kicked by the mantis boss’s. Perhaps I’ll give it another go

 

Now that you have the mantis claw (wall jump) there is a path above Mantis Village to the right (the middle far right of the map) you can take to the next area

 

Thanks I’ll try that what’s the next area called?

 

City of Tears, you follow a long hallway with a sort of tricky platforming section to get there

I'd probably keep exploring and wait to do Mantis Lords until you've upgraded your shit a bit

 

definitely fight Mantis Lords again eventually; grants you access to a new area that i KNOW you'll love

 

Could look at a guide, but wanted to keep the conversation going cuz this game is so good.

At the Howling Cliffs in the big pitch black room right next to the map maker do I need something to help me see eventually? Or do I just have to luck out where to land?

 

Shop in Dirtmouth has a lantern, iirc it is expensive af but you will definitely need it so farm that geo

 

I have 600 currently plus I think another 800 in my bank. I’ll go get that thanks
