Hobbs and Shaw (F&F spinoff) Movie

Looks like the Fast and Furious spinoff is happening. Set for release some time next year.

Starring The Rock, Jason Statham, and Idris Elba as the villain. Directed by David Leitch.

 

A David Leitch film w/ The Rock & Idris Elba? I don't care what franchise it is. I'm in.

 

I care what franchise it is, because Fast and Furious is fucking incredible and this is going to be fantastic.

I honestly would prefer a proper F&F movie with Rock and Statham but this is still going to be tops

 

Hell yeah.

 

I love how genuinely stoked The Rock gets about like every movie he does.

 

Not sure if this is known already, but it looks like they're aiming for Summer, which isn't surprising.

 

honestly probably my most anticipated. I hope they just shit talk Toretto constantly

 

Infinitely more excited for this than anymore F&F movies. Just make sure it has more of those ridiculous “drive cars out of planes” setpieces and we’re all good.

The Rock seems to be teasing Momoa might be in this

 

I’m pretty sure a portion of this will take place in Samoa which is pretty cool considered Dwayne is Samoan.

Johnson and Momoa sharing a scene in this film would make me cry

 

At the very least, Hawaii. Its possible those scenes may be presented as Samoa, which is fine by me.

 

I wouldn’t be able to notice the geographical difference of locations. But yeah, I should have clarified that some of the story will take place in Samoa. At least according to this
