Saw Freddie Gibbs with The Alchemist at Gov Ball on Friday and they killed it. Freddie rapped every damn word perfectly without a backing track. Energy was great.

 

Freddie is one of the best live rappers I've ever seen.

T Pain released a new song a few months back sampling buy u a drank and I don’t know how it took me so long to realize this.

This song is too good and Kehlani kills it.

 

I saw a little bit when it was released, but kinda surprised I don't see more discussion about the IDK album that came out this year. For all the people who "want the old Kanye back," this album is the closest I have ever heard to the style of Kanye's early albums, at times almost sounds like he's a cover band for early Kanye. Really good stuff on the album though, worth any ex-Kanye fan to check out

Lately I have occasionally seen names popping up that have already been used by 80s rappers that people just don't know about anymore. Usually it's not rappers that use those names, but like dance DJs or whatever.
