How amazing is this?

 

Was really hoping to wake up to the new album, but guess you can’t be sure of anything with Thugger. The new Lil Duke dropped though and has an excellent song with Thug on it.

 

Yeah that woulda been awesome but I figured he wouldn’t drop the same day as Duke. YSL Records tweeted this though and Thug is done with his tour in late July so it’s definitely coming soon af! My guess is two weeks from now.

 

Tweet was deleted which makes me more skeptical. Ah well. We'll get it when we get it.

Unrelated, the new KRIT album is incredible.

KRIT has been on fire for the last decade. He hasn't really had a dud release yet.

 

Yup, a lot of rap artists I'm a fan of have dropped disappointing albums this year imo (Offset, 2 Chainz, Logic, Anderson .Paak which I know is controversial, Kevin Abstract, ScHoolboy Q, Dreamville) but KRIT comes through EVERY single time. It doesn't even come close to 4eva Is a Mighty Long Time but I'm pretty sure that's his masterpiece so I wasn't expecting it to lol


Also just for the record I don't dislike any of those albums I listed, they just didn't live up to the hype I had for them

 

Really nice. Awesome Heatmakerz beat too. I need to check out the album.
