What happened to the Earth Gang album?

 

I hadn’t listened to any of the projects he dropped after Black Soap, but the new MIKE album/tape (Tears of Joy) is kind of incredible.

 

they were asked to delay it for the Dreamville group album supposedly.

 

The Conway The Machine album from this year is pretty damn good too

 

I only got around to it just now but damn that Bun B x Statik x Friends album is awesome. You can really hear that it’s just some friends that love rapping that came together to rap over some nice sample beats. Which I guess makes sense given that it was recorded during a livestream.

definitely curious about ERYS. SYRE had some really good high points, but the 3 preview tracks from EYRS are... meh

 

Cudi, Tyler and Rocky are some pretty good gets wow. SYRE was good

MIKE's current album run of Black Soap > Renaissance Man > War In My Pen > Tears of Joy is seriously incredible

 

I gotta go back cause I skipped RM and WIMP but Tears of Joy is seriously amazing. I’m sure you’ve heard it, but May God Bless Your Hustle is major too.

 

I actually havent checked that one out! I started with Black Soap when that came out and his work comes out so quickly ive never gone back before that. Ill check it

 

Definitely recommend it! I don’t think it’s on any streaming services but it’s on his Bandcamp.
