All I want from 2019 is a new Schoolboy Q album that's as good as Blank Face

 

Loved EVOL, and FUTURE/HNDRXX, but definitely have felt the fatigue with his releases after.

Thooo Super Slimey is epic.

 

crushed up just sounded pretty eh to me so I am optimistic for this.

 

HNDRXX is prob my fav future album TBH.

I want Future to make a crazy eclectic album like 'Honest' again, even if that one was spotty as hell. I want him to suprise me. 'HNDRXX' had some songs that felt new for him but playing it safe gets old.

 

I feel like Chance with the tone he had there like became aware of an implicit bias he had. Where he didn't value the truth told by black women. Its good to come forward and admit it was a mistake (without mentioning that he brought out R. Kelly at Lolla which is another yikes), but if anything that is like way too honest. At least he knows he's got some shit to work through.
