He’s playing our biggest non-soccer stadium venue (17.000 capacity I think) three days in a row this summer, that’s pretty wild.

 

New Drake song is garbage, not surprising at all though

I get that ice in this context means a completely different thing, but what a wild time for an American to be leaning into calling themselves the Iceman

Liking the new Drake song, his flow in the second half of the song is particularly good

Also enjoying JID’s new EP, excited for the full album

 

Billy Woods is a contender for my AOTY atm. “Cold Sweat” is my current obsession but I have a new favourite song from the album every time I listen.

Revisited Shadows on the Sun after checking out and digging Brother Ali’s new album. Really great record and I kinda forgot how good the beats were on it.

 

As much as I love Atmosphere from that period, I think Shadows on the Sun and The Champion EP may by Ants best production work.
