Yeah I've been SERIOUSLY sleeping on woods. Maybe because it's not as immediate as most stuff I gravitate towards but goddamn is it dense. The more I listen to him the more I appreciate it.

 

Every time I think he's peaked, whether it be solo or with Armand Hammer, he goes and surpasses it. Incredible run.

And we may even have a new Armand Hammer album with Alchemist to come too. Nothing confirmed, but Alc teased it on Twitter a few months back apparently.

 

Yeah Billy Woods is amazing, he’s comfortably become one of my favourite rappers over the last few years

 

I watched his KEXP performance with Kenny Segal last night. Great stuff and the interview portion was fantastic.

 

Truly another well crafted album from him. Gave it my second listen yesterday and some of the stuff he’s doing on there and the production is so vivid.

I checked out the first 6 songs last night from the new Amine and it’s good. It’s what you expect from him, decent bars and good vibes from the beats. His openers always rule.

I’m like 12 songs into this new Amine album now and it’s funny because this album feels more of a summer album than you know the summer album he made with Kaytranda lol.

it’s all solid work tho and he does his thing. It’s just a solid album, it just sucks he can never really make a stand out album for me.
