listened to a 2Pac album for the first time for MWE and it was fantastic. what do people here consider his best?

Looks like IDK released a deluxe of his record from last fall. Some good stuff here that wasn’t a part of the record

 

Probably controversial but it's honestly my favorite album by them

 

kinda agree honestly. I love how much Busta and Consequence are on there, really feels like a celebration of their whole catalogue

 

It is an amazing record

 

while we're singing it's praises I'll say that Black Spasmodic might have my favourite Q-Tip verse in it. always tear up at the end when his voice cracks

 

Speaking of Q-Tip, I think of Galvanize at least once a week lately

 

Yeah, All Eyez On Me is hands-down 2Pac's greatest album, imo but there is great stuff sprinkled into every one of his releases.

Probably a terrible opinion, but I really liked the Loyal to the Game posthumous release that was entirely produced by Eminem.

 

2pac is a greatest hits artist for me. None of his albums have hit for me, but some of his singles are my favourite songs of all time

I'm only a little bit familiar with Biggie as I've heard Ready to Die and nothing else (yet)

 

Make no mistake - Notorious Thugs is one of the best songs of all-time.

 

I mean there’s only Life After Death, the rest is doctored (though pretty good to great imo). You would love Life After Death.
