I know people made fun of him for bailing on the Kendrick beef, but J. Cole really made the right move staying out of it in retrospect.

 

yeah, new drake is unlistenable now and kendrick is tacking towards meme status.

 

Yeah I’ve probably said this in here before but when he dropped 7 Minute Drill he clearly did not realize how deep the animosity between those two actually went, I think he thought it was just competition and not pure hatred on a personal level

I’ve probably said this post a few times already but dang it Phife Dawg is truly amazing when he’s rapping on Midnight Marauders. His flows and lyrics are top tier.

I’ve been listening to a tribe called quest a bunch lately so that’s why I been thinking that.

 

His posthumous album is really good too

 

Album legit makes me sad esp the parts with his mom and the sample of his voice at a young age

 

still can't believe how good that final Tribe album was, absolute victory lap. Dis Generation may be my favourite song by them
