finally getting around to the Lil Wayne album and I'm sorry but I am enjoying it haha. I don't know what it is about his music, but even bad songs like Island Holiday are kinda endearing to me

 

I flipped through and listened to like 30 seconds of most songs and even that was a major chore.

 

I listened to it once a week or so after it came out. Probably not as harmful as many make it out to be, but also not worth going back to whatsoever.

new Joey Bada$$ is fire

 

New Westside Gunn is pretty good.

 

It's been a really good year for hip-hop

 

Yeah, especially these past couple of months.

 

Good excuse to listen to the "Otis" premiere where he restarts the song like 25 times and tells people to start robbing gas stations lol

catching up on more music, I really like the Clipse album

 

it's phenomenal, most likely gonna get my most plays this year

 

I feel like I just love Pusha's voice and delivery so much that I would like anything I hear him on

 

Some people were saying it’s ok but na that thing has some absolute heat on it. Malice in particular shines

 

Speaking of Clipse, new JID video dropped

 

I agree but Malice is definitely the star of it for me, dude showed up on that

 

I think for me, Pusha is immediate and Malice is a grower, I'll definitely be giving more listens

 

I think Malice just has the collected and cold delivery down pat, his verse on POV is one of my favourite music moments this year. he went crazy on that JID song too

 

turns out Young Thug is the biggest snitch of them all huh

 

me absolutely bored with nothing else to listen to(I’m ignoring listening to most new music lol)

also me: guess it’s time to listen to Wu Tang Clan’s Enter the Wu Tang for the millionth time

I think I’ve put a good amount of time just listening to this album the last few months
