There’s probably gonna be some good stuff in there, but i am guessing there will be a lot of dogshit.
Voluntarily listening to drake in 2026 is very suspicious and you have to question the sanity of anyone that does. JUST SAYING.
I mean that’s kind of how discourse works lol you care about a genre, or a sport, politics, movies, etc. it’s natural to talk about the successful/popular figures in those things, because that’s one part of how you talk about the things themselves.
me: man I wish drake would drop a 11 song album monkey paw curls me: wow I got my wish oh wait there are two more albums ughhhh I’ll probably try and do a album a day this weekend.
Controversy aside, Drake's quality dropped off and subsequently stagnated after 2015 and it doesn't help that he only drops like 40 tracks at a time.
Accusing people who enjoy a particular artist of having mental health issues is not a worthwhile contribution to the discourse
I just listened to Iceman to try and give it a fair shot, and unfortunately it is very boring. Hope Drake fans get what they want out of it. Probably won’t listen to the other two albums. Every song does the exact same thing, and honestly I’m surprised how lackluster the beats feel. You couldn’t do more with that Deniece Williams sample? Kendrick dropping his worst album by a mile, Cole dropping a very mid album, and Drake hyping this for two years just for it to sound like every other underwhelming rapping Drake project of the past decade… if there was a big three at the start of this i really don’t think there is now.
I think they still probably are, but only because there's no one else. And even then, you could argue that Cole never was deserving of being included in the conversation. KL undoubtably is and, even though I don't like him or his music, drake has a massive following. But Cole has never had that mainstream breakthrough or had anyone outside of rap circles even talking about him. I could be wrong, though,
