The De La album is easily the best of the Legend Has It series. It’s the only one that’s been released that I can see getting more than one listen.

I think it’s either an old verse being used or he’s rapping closer to the style he had when he was milo. Bit like MF DOOM featuring on a Viktor Vaughn record. Or whichever alias DOOM used on whichever album it was, I forget

This new R.A.P. Ferreira and Kenny Segal album is really good. Probably the jazziest album he’s done so far, you can tell Kenny been influenced by some of the jazz acts he’s been working with recently.

De La Soul is one of my biggest blind spots in hip-hop, I've heard them on features but never dove into their discography. Think this is a good excuse to finally pull the trigger on that

Also happy to see KRIT releasing something new

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

Saturdays by De La is a hall of famer hip-hop jam

I’m like half way through that 1999 Write the Future album and I checked out the ep they dropped in May and I’m enjoying both of the releases.

  19. Navy Blue pretty easily in first for me. I was just honing in on the lyrics last night and it is a beautiful, beautiful record. I can't believe he is six albums into a career releasing 1-2 records a year (starting at age 20) and they're literally all knock-outs

My favorites are in this list too, plus or minus a few like Tyler, The Creator

  21. Tyler is probably my number two.

    Blu - Forty
    Intuition & Equalibrum - Leave A Mark
De La Soul - Cabin In The Sky
Dave - The Boy Who Played The Harp

    Verifiziert - Arizona 2012 (Austrian)
    Cho - Giovanni I (Dutch)
    Cho - Giovanni 2 (Dutch)
