I know it’s not the most popular sub genre in here but this new YFN Lucci album is really hitting lately, great production and flows/melodys/delivery really solid, a lot of emotion in it too

Yea it's a great project, it's a shame Peggy got really lame in the last year-ish

 

Probably the only JPEG album I can tolerate tbh

 

I Cannot Fucking Wait Til Morrisey Dies was a go-to staple for me to reference at points

 

His most recent album is honestly his best, it's insane. But yeah, he's not been doing himself any favors

 

Truly difficult for me to think of a less likable, self-important, foot-in-mouth artist in hip-hop (besides the obvious). He's like Kevin Abstract dialed up to 1000

both he and Abstract like to post like Kanye despite not being Kanye, and it's like, why steal that trait in particular, it's literally one of his worst lol

 

yeah he's got some songs (Free the Frail is genuinely incredible) but I cannot put up with his lyrics/personality for a whole album unfortunately lol. extremely talented producer sharing a body with an insufferable rapper, it's more common than you think
